On Sunday November 17th customers will be unable to access our view/pay bill website and our automated phone payment line from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. due to scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
Need to pay your bill in person?
Visit us at our Interstate office to speak with a representative and pay your sewer/stormwater/water bill.
Location: 664 N Tillamook Street, Portland, OR 97227 (adjacent to the intersection of N Interstate and N Tillamook Street)
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

Our after-hours payment drop box has moved to the Portland Water Bureau Interstate Facility at 664 N. Tillamook St. The box is located outside of the double doors to our Customer Service Walk-in Office.
The drop box located downtown at the corner of SW Columbia St. and 1st Ave. will no longer be in use as of the end of November.
