Thank you for your interest in the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) Community Event program. Unfortunately, due to our current state of emergency related to Covid-19, PBOT is not issuing community event permits at this time.
The health and safety of Portlanders is our highest priority. PBOT’s decision to temporarily suspend our community event program is based on consultation with local, state, and federal health authorities and what we know currently about the spread of Covid-19. These temporary changes also allow permitting staff to focus on supporting core essential services that keep our city moving.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to resume our regularly scheduled work throughout our many permitting programs when the situation improves.
