Energy Performance Reporting Policy for Commercial Buildings

To reduce energy costs and carbon emissions, Portland City Council passed a policy in 2015 that requires commercial buildings 20,000 square feet and over to:

    1. Track energy use with ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®, and
    2. Report energy performance information annually to the City of Portland.

Reports were due for the 2018 calendar year on April 22, 2019. Request an extension using the form below if you need more time to complete the process.
