Fix-It Fair Exhibitor/Workshop Application

Apply to be a Fix-It Fair exhibitor or presenter

Fix-It Fairs are free events where neighbors come together to share and learn simple, effective ways to save money, stay healthy, and gain peace of mind.

Fix-It Fairs are coordinated by the City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability.

Past topics include utilities savings, home repairs and maintenance, active and healthy lifestyles, and money saving tips.

There is no cost to be an exhibitor or presenter. BPS does not endorse specific organizations, products or services that are present at Fix-It Fairs. Exhibitor and workshop space at Fix-It Fairs is limited, and BPS reserves the right to provide exhibit and classroom space to organizations that we, in our sole discretion, deem to best match our mission.

The Fix-It Fairs are not vendor fairs or trade shows, and no products or services may be sold at the events. Private companies seeking solely to promote a service or product for a profit will not be considered for inclusion.

Please list as you would like to appear on our website, social media and materials.

Please provide a 1-2 sentence description of your organization and the community resources you plan to make available at the Fairs.

Please indicate which Fair(s) you will exhibit this season. Standard exhibit space is a 6-foot table with two chairs.

Iindicate the number of tables you will need or if you are workshop-only.
