To report sewer problems, including sewer odors, clogged storm drains, blocked green street planter inlets, flooding, emergency street maintenance or road hazard issues, call 503-823-1700.  

To report slicks, spills, suspicious discharges in waterways, or dumping of substances into storm drains, call 503-823-7180. It is bureau policy to keep caller identity information confidential.

Walk-In Service Center
The Customer Service department for your water and sewer bill is changing locations. As of Monday, October 9, 2017 our new address will be 111 SW Columbia Street Suite 660. 
Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday except holidays
An after-hours depository is located to the left of the building entrance.
