Join the Bureau of Development Services Staff for a FREE Presentation and Discussion on
A second Lunch & Learn presentation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. This session will be at the 1900 building, room 2500A to help ensure space and provide a microphone for the presenters. This will be a repeat of the recent January 20, 2017 presentation.
Beginning February 1, 2017, buildings with 20 or more residential units will be part of Portland’s Inclusionary Housing Program, making affordable housing units available throughout the city. The program requires a minimum amount of units be affordable to households earning no more than 80% of area median income, with five alternatives for providing affordability, and varying incentives. Developers and the general public are invited to our Lunch & Learn to hear more information about the program details and what to expect when submitting a building permit for a housing project.
